Just like all the local farmers around, we haul thousands of bushels of corn to Golden Triangle Energy (4 miles down the road from our distillery) - where they use that locally grown corn to create the base of our vodka. After we pick it up from them, we bring it back to the distillery, proof it down with our water, and bottle it on-site. We love to tell the story of this community grown vodka while highlighting the farmers who make it possible to share with you.
