Existing in the dead of winter calls for a frosty but smooth cocktail that’ll help remind you there are wonderful things about winter after all.

• 1 1/2 oz R/Farm Gooey Butter Cake

• 1 oz Blue Curacao

• 4 oz orange juice

• Ginger beer

Add Gooey, Blue Curacao, and orange juice to a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with icicle.
